【To foreign nationals wishing to register as a temporary staff at our company】 （外国籍の方の留意事項）

【1】 Status of residence accepted for registration
ご登録いただける在留資格について

• ・Registration is accepted for the following status of residence.
  Permanent Resident, Special Permanent Resident, Long Term Resident, Spouse or Child of Japanese National, or Spouse or Child of a Permanent Resident.

Please note that we currently do not provide service to foreign nationals with status of residence other than those listed above (Specialist in Humanities/International Services, Engineer,　Researcher,　Instructor,　Medical　Services, Skilled Labor, Cultural Activities, Students from abroad, other).
Registration may not be accepted based on an overall decision by our company even if the above condition is met.
Furthermore, because registration procedures and subsequent job placement and contract signing will all be done in Japanese, we do not accept registration of those who have difficulty in reading and writing, or understanding and speaking Japanese.

• ・ご登録いただける在留資格
  「永住者」・「特別永住者」・「定住者」・「日本人の配偶者等」・「永住者の配偶者等」

弊社では、現在上記の在留資格以外（「人文国際」・「技術」・「研究」・「教育」・「医療」・「技能」・「文化活動」・「留学」、その他）の在留資格の方に対しては、サービスのご提供をいたしておりませんので、その旨あらかじめご了承ください。
弊社への登録は、お仕事のご紹介を保証するものではありません。
なお、登録手続き、および、その後の仕事紹介、契約締結は全て日本語となりますので、日本語での読み書き、理解、会話が難しい方はご登録いただけません。

【2】Bring Resident Card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate or Certificate of Alien Registration to the registration session
登録会にご持参いただく「在留カード」「特別永住者証明書」「外国人登録証明書」について

Please be sure to bring your Resident Card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate or Certificate of Alien Registration to the registration session so that we can confirm your status of residence and period of stay.

登録会にお越しいただく際には、在留資格・在留期限等の確認をさせていただくため、必ず「在留カード」「特別永住者証明書」｢外国人登録証明書｣のいずれかをご持参ください。

【3】Registering Japanese name
通称名での登録について

If you want to register Japanese name, be sure to bring a Certificate of Residence or driver’s license which Japanese name is shown, along with your Resident Card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate (No copies accepted).

通称名でのご登録を希望される場合は、「在留カード」「特別永住者証明書」のいずれかとあわせて、通称名記載の「住民票」 または 「運転免許証」をご提示ください（コピー不可）。

【4】Job Placement Introduction
お仕事のご紹介について

• ・If your status of residence has a limited period of stay, we will introduce a job within that period of stay.
• ・In case the period of stay on the status of residence is revised or renewed, please re-present the Resident Card. Upon confirmation, we will once again introduce a job within the period of stay.
• ・If there is any change made in the status of residence, please also re-present the Resident Card.
• ・在留期限に制限がある在留資格の方につきましては、在留期限内の期間のお仕事をご紹介させていただきます。
• ・在留期限の変更・更新をされた場合には「在留カード」を再度ご提示ください。ご確認させていただいた上、あらためて在留期限内の期間のお仕事をご紹介させていただきます。
• ・在留資格を変更された場合にも、「在留カード」を再度ご提示ください。
